Plastering

Plaster is the term used in reference to the classic substances and techniques used for centuries in the creation, stabilization, and beautification of indoor walls and ceilings.

  • Generally consists of a base (wood lath, rock lath, wire mush, etc.), base coat of plaster, and a final coat of finishing plaster (generally finish lime-based mixture).
  • The plaster is trowel applied and trowel finished. No sanding necessary.

Recommended For:

  • Repair of existing plaster work (we come as close to the existing plaster as we possibly can).
  • New work in a classic home.
  • Painting walls
