Drywall
Term used in reference to the substances and techniques used in the hanging and finishing of drywall board.
- Consists of hanging drywall board (1/4 inch to 5/8 inch thickness) and in sheets 4’x8′ to 4’x16′ feet in width and length) with nails or screws and covering the seams and those screw/nail holes with joint compound. Generally coated 3 times then sanded to smooth finish.
Recommended for:
- Repairing existing drywall walls or ceilings with minor or major damage.
- New work in remodeled homes or home additions.
